What Google Cloud Platform is

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is Google's infrastructure suite covering compute, storage, managed databases, CDN, and AI/ML services — built on the same global network that runs Google's own products. It is a strong choice for data-intensive workloads and projects that already sit inside Google's ecosystem.

How we integrate Google Cloud Platform with Shopify

GCP does not have a Shopify App Store presence; integration is delivered entirely through custom engineering. Ecom Majesty typically uses GCP to host the services that surround a Shopify store — headless frontends on Cloud Run or GKE, BigQuery pipelines that ingest Shopify order and behaviour data for analytics, Cloud Storage for media assets, and Cloud CDN in front of statically exported sites. Where a client needs a custom middleware layer (e.g. a product feed transformer or an order-routing service), Ecom Majesty deploys and operates that workload on GCP and connects it to Shopify via webhooks or the Admin API.

What the work involves

  • Headless frontends hosted on Cloud Run or GKE around the Shopify store.
  • BigQuery pipelines ingesting Shopify order and behaviour data for analytics.
  • Cloud Storage for media assets and Cloud CDN in front of statically exported sites.
  • Custom middleware (feed transformers, order routers) deployed on GCP and connected to Shopify via webhooks or the Admin API.

Can Ecom Majesty deliver it?

Yes — Google Cloud Platform is within our Shopify engineering scope; we scope the exact integration against your stack.
