How we integrate Windmill with Shopify

Ecom Majesty uses Windmill to orchestrate backend automation workflows that sit alongside a Shopify store — for example, syncing inventory from a supplier feed into Shopify's Admin API on a schedule, triggering post-order fulfilment actions across multiple services, or building lightweight internal dashboards for operations teams. Windmill's visual flow builder lets Ecom Majesty compose multi-step pipelines (fetch data, transform, validate, write to Shopify, notify a Slack channel) while the platform handles secrets management, RBAC for internal users, and execution logging. For clients who want to self-manage automation after handover, Windmill's embedded app feature provides a clean interface without requiring access to the underlying code.
